Coastal Restoration – What’s working and what’s not?

14 May @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Calling all Coastcarers!

WA Landcare Network (WALN) and the WA Coastal Marine Network (WACMN) invite landcarers working in the coastal space to join us for a Landcare Checks In dedicated to you and your work! We wanted to organise a chat to learn about “what’s working and what’s” not in your patch.

Mike Ewing from Cottesloe Coastcare will be joining us to present on their groups work involving soil testing and Bruce Ivers from Trees Australia will discuss some of the seedling trials he has been running, and the key learnings from the trials.

We will also hear from the Margaret River Coastal Residents association and the inspiring work and success they have had with pigface translocation and brushing techniques in the Capes region.

This event is an open book, come and share your successes and challenges and let’s take the opportunity to learn with each other and from each other!
