Developing an Actionable Plan to Attract and Retain Young Volunteers is designed as a follow-up to Attracting & Retaining Young Volunteers.

You will leave this practical workshop with a deeper understanding of your organisations challenges and opportunities in attracting youth volunteers.

You will develop practical tools including a sample position description that can be advertised through the YVolunteer platform and an action plan for engaging youth which includes a communications strategy, timeline, and unique volunteer management considerations.

Attendees will receive ongoing support from VWA Youth Program Manager and meet other VIO’s through face-to-face networking.
